The most recent episode of Veronica Mars threw me a bit, and I just figured it out! It's because it wasn't serious! It wasn't depressing! It wasn't full of weird and dubious tension! It was relatively straightforward and, while addressing some weighty issues like racism and class tensions, it was completely lacking in the heavy-tragedy kind of feeling that has been present for so much of the season. So much so that I kept looking for the catch. Like when Logan hooked up with that girl. I kept trying to figure out what was going on. Was it revenge? On who? Was he just toying with her? Why is he interested in the first place? She's getting picked up by her dad and has never been on a date, so I'm assuming that, at the oldest, she's a sophomore to Logan's senior. What's going on!!??! Also? I think I'm ok with Weevile growing hair, but I don't think I really like Logan's new cut. I feel like he should have longer (and lighter) hair. He should be ... blonder, somehow. More surfer, but that could just be my kink showing.

OMG IT WAS THAT GUY!!!!! I was totally distracted by him being all SuperDateGuy and the door and stuff to recognize him! But it was the guy who was claiming to be a witness! Revenge through the daughter. Sneaky and evil!

heehee! I'm such a bad fan! dude not at all! if i hadn't been watching it with the mister, i might have missed it, but they showed him in the previously... part at the beginning, and the mister commented on it, and so i was looking for him to pop up the whole time.  :P
