And that is that. Am slightly tempted to get into the reading of porolicious content by *gasp* minors. But. There are those far more eloquent, knowledgeable, and articulate that I'll ever be, so I won't. ok, so, until two years ago, I was among those underage readers of smut. And it was a good time. And as someone who is still very near that time in her life, if you want it, you'll find it. If you can't get it off the internet at home, you'll go to the library or school where you have internet access. And if that access is denied, you'll read trashy extra-bad 'romance' novels.

Are there legalities that authors should be aware of? yes.

Does that mean that the Law is the End All Be All of what is right? no.
