I randomly found this person, who has uploaded six clips of the boys discussing TTYG (directors cut something?) and it's pretty much nine kinds of awesome. Babies! I've only watched the ones for Tell Mick and Saturday, but I don't see how the rest of them could be anything less than awesome. And Patrick seems to talk a fair bit, so I'm happy. And Andy's hair is so long!

I'm pretty sure that everyone has seen this, but the line I just slit my wrists and had sex with a vampire who broke my heart, he thinks. I am so scene. is made of So Much Win, and is my fannish happy place right now. [squishes RyRo] (Also, I always feel like a bit of a tool for referring to him like that, but on the other hand, HOW CAN I PASS UP A NAME THAT GOOD?! It just rolls off the tongue (and the keyboard) perfectly! That's my story.) The rest of the story is really good too.

I feel like a bit of a retard for being this excited about it, but I'm, like, actually writing stuff. Like, actual scenes and things. I mean, I don't think they're written particularly well at this point, but. I'm doing it! And feeling a bit 5 for being this excited, but whatever.

Semi-Fannish Things I Did This Weekend:

- I got the movie Closer from netflix, because these boys seemed to be spouting off about it left and right, and wow. Maybe I'm just waaaaay too much of a bio major, or I'm too pragmatic, or too bored by dramaramma, or too something, but that was a completely lame movie. I mean, I can see why boys of their age and temperament would like it (Natalie Portman in stripper gear, anyone?), but... yikes. ETA: Also, the line (in both the movie and FOB song) "he tastes like you only sweeter" now has a whole new (gay-er) significance. I don't know what I was thinking it meant, but... yes. That was .. unexpected.

- I read the Rolling Stone Panic! interview. ( I was a good time. )

Also, there was an Infinity On High review in this issue, which reminded me why I like and hate music magazines. Like, because it's nice to listen to people talk about music. Hate, because OMG PRETENSION SHUT YOUR FACE OLD GUY AND LEAVE US YOUNGUNS TO OUR CRAZY MODERN MUSIC. It made my face hurt the way the reviewer spent 9/10ths of the article talking about how much some people hate Pete and trying to pretend he wasn't one of those people. Dude. Shut your face, and tell me what you think about the music. Jerk.

- Mostly, I don't particularly care for award ceremonies, but I really enjoy listening to Hugh Laurie say "drunken thieves" and "newly mown grass". I like Hugh Laurie. I also like how the dude who plays McDreamyAsshat on Grey's Anatomy spends the beginning of the clip looking mildly constipated.

- I'm not actually into Gym Class Heros (yet), but seeing Paaaaaaaaaaatrick in the first few bits of this video made me superduper happy. Paaaaaaaaaaaatrick!

- Oh, and I should take a moment to say that I've ganked most of the links in this post from gigantic who brings the Panic! footage The Gay! I should prolly go tell her she's awesome and that I stayed up way too late and laughing at her posts. [has internet awkwardness]

- aaaaaaaaaaaand I just went to get my laundry out and discovered that the washing machine is "broken" and a) Roommate Dearest didn't bother to tell me before now, b) Roommate Dearest STOPPED THE WASH CYCLE AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO SAY ANYTHING TO ME, c) Roommate Dearest LEFT A MOTHERFUCKING NOTE TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION, and d) I just had to deal with an entire load of sopping wet soapy laundry which included all my "regular wear" pants. Meaning I have no moderately attractive or comfortable pants to wear to work tomorrow and, more importantly, to the show tomorrow night. To quote Nellie Mckay, "DIE MOTHERFUCKER DIE". Well, that killed that squeefest quite nicely.

In conclusion, have some superduperadorable Panic! interview. Watch Spencer and Ryan be BFF (3:22 and 4:43). It is my happy place. Also, they are NINE MILLION kinds of adorable when dissecting their album and talking about all the things they didn't have time to do/finish. Also, BRENDON OWNS NSYNC'S GREATEST HITS. WIN. Also, I love the way Ryan has his leg pulled up.

Also, I love that Ryans's first name is secretly George. You have no idea.

Also, does anyone have the story about why Patrick no longer has an 'h' at the end of his name? Or is there not actually a story?

I've never fallen this hard or this fast for a band. I am currently in the process of buying scalped tickets for the Fall Out Boy show in DC next week off craigslist.
