I'm up in the wilds of Wisconsin on Family reunion. It could be better, but it could be worse. At least I have internets, even if they're Really Slow. I went kayaking yesterday, and now my shoulders are really sore. \o/

I'm all peeved with Eljay right now. I can appreciate that there are a lot of things driving this that I don't really understand and/or know enough about, in terms of legal and political climate and the internet, but I can be legitimately pissed the fuck off about them being a shitty company with shitty customer service.

( And the culmination of this whole business is just a huge smack in the face. To the rest of the world, fandom IS perverted and obscene and the old 'rules' about how you were supposed to keep fandom on the down low still apply, possibly now more than ever. And it hurts and pisses me off, in equal measures. ) Anyway, I would like to again point out that there are other places to post fic, a few of which I linked here.

And apparently I'm more tired/hungry/English than I thought, because I keep trying to add an -e onto the end of words that arn't supposed to have them. At least not here in America. d'oh.

Oh, and I saw Sinbad last night! Good movie! There are a couple of plot-hole-y things, but it works anyway and I love it madly. Plus, the animation is FANTASTIC! I went with two artists and it was amusing how infatuated they were with it. And the evil lady! So cool! I would show you how she went, but I don't think it would work all that well over the internet. Wait, no. I'm going to do it anyway. She was all [wooshwhooshwoosh] and her hair was all [whahhhhwhahhhhhflickerflicker] And it was cool.
