I got to see the All American Rejects live last night, and it was awesome! And a bunch of my pictures are not complete and totally crap, which is kind of a miracle.

I've seen the pictures, and watched the footage, and I knew that they were really pretty, and pretty gay, but seeing them live really blew right past all my expectations. SO PRETTY and SO VERY VERY GAY.

This is the first picture I took, less than a minute into the show. \0/

The only thing(s) I could think while gazing adoringly at Nick Fucking Wheeler were 1) he is so in love with the 80's 2) he is so very very pretty and 3) wow, much gayer than expected. I don't think you can see in any of my pictures, but he's wearing a lightening bolt necklace and lots of earrings that are mostly hidden by his feathery haircut. And, let us not forget to mention the sleeveless shirt thing. Nick Fucking Wheeler indeed.

Tyson: Much skinnier in person. Also, wearing shoes that make me laugh and laugh and laugh.
Mike: Too far away to see much. Also, his hair is much lighter in person than expected. I am strange.

Nick Fucking Wheeler. I was almost right in front of him, so I have lots of him. I also want to touch all of his guitars. Yeah, I don't know. I don't even play guitar!

Chris! No shirt! All of my pics of him are seriously out of focus, but whatever. You get the point.

Crappy picture, but hip-skin is one of my things. Thank you, Tyson, for wearing your pants so very very low.

Chris = lots of fun to watch. He had this fan on him, so the ends of his hair were all fluttery. Yeah, I'm easy like that.

Hot and sweaty, yum.

I am also kind of obsessed with his boots.

whole band! It was hard to get pics of Mike, as he was busy thrashing around like a madman.

No, really. Nick emoting with his guitar is really one of my most favorite things about the evening.

The (tiny tiny) girls I was standing next to made a hat for Tyson, and he wore it. They were SO EXCITED. I didn't get the whole story, as it was gigantically LOUD, but yes.

I didn't get any pictures, but someone also threw suspenders (black with white hearts) on stage, and Tyson spent a while fucking around with those. Nick went to help clip them in the back, and Tyson made some joke about Nick having just lost his virginity to Nick, and 'everyone always said it would hurt'. OH TYSON, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT HAPPENED YEARS AGO.
