Hey! I made it to Cincy and back and I’m not dead! And I brought back Graters icecream (black rasberry chip and mint chip)!! *has foodgasm*

So much to catch up on!

Thing 1: RYAN ROSS GOT A TATTOO!! This makes me laugh hysterically, want to lick his wrists, and has bumped Tom Waits up my list of ‘things wot i should give a listen some time’. Damn you, Ryan Ross.

Thing 2: I <3 the Teenagers vid. Apparently there are ‘extended versions somewhere else? Whatever. <3 I also absolutely adore that there are a bunch of (presumably) teenie-types who don’t like it because it isn’t ‘deep enough’ or whatever. I actually think I broke something laughing. *loves on Gerard*

Thing 3: fandom_counts is really freaking cool. Nearly 12,000 14,000 fannish journals have joined. Damn, there are a lot of us.
Thing 3b: I like it when people are sane. I am also fascinated to see if the convergence of unfortunate events will start another fannish shift.
Thing 3c: I also want to re-extend my offer of webspace/fic hosting/subdomain/whatever to anyone who wants it, for backup or whatever. I’ll help if you don’t know HTML.
Thing 3d: Also on that vein, most people have probably already seen it, but fanarchive looks to be a really cool project, and I’d love to see it succeed.
Thing 3e: I do have a greatestjournal, in case of emergency. Same name as here. Man, I had forgotten about that icon. Also, 2000 icons with a basic account? *has icon envy* Though they do seem to delete them after a while if you never post. I kind of want to go through and upload all my icons ever. Feel free to friendify if you have one. I’m poking around, and it would be hard to find everyone again. I don’t have ANY contact info for pretty much everyone besides their LJ name.
Thing 3f: The more I learn about this whole fiasco, the less I like any of it. ( this is going to get long )

Thing 4: Um. I forgot. I’m going to tear myself away from the internets and get some food and some sleep. Or something.
