First post of the new year

drunkoffthestars\o/ <-- and that is how I feel about my break. So much lounging around slothfully! Family! Food! Friends!
I am finally doing that year-in-concerts meme, and I wanted to post some pictures with it, but that ended up making everything take much longer than my attention span. But I'll get there eventually, as soon as the internet starts cooperating again. I went to a lot of concerts (and not even as many as I could have), and it was glorious!
I'm glad that it looks like the holidays are mostly treating folks well, and I'm excited to get back to Austin and kick ass and take names this semester. And perhaps be better about managing my time so that I can actually hang out with people a bit more. Texas Bandom Crew is one of my most favorite things about this past year, no lies.
And now I'm going to go ditch the contacts and drink another liter of water (persistent cold is persistent).
