Found the people who are trying to 'scientifically' evaluate fandom_wank. Am confused. Dosen't seem like the thing that can be evaluated via numbers, especially if you're corralating the posts that have been catagorized as 'personal attacks' and the number of comments to those posts vs the number of comments to other types of posts. Because it seems that most are not taking into account that the majority of the commenting, regardless of the topic of the origional post, is about tinfoil vs saranwrap hats and the legitimacy of squidwarts vs willowarts.

Yeah, pretty much. I just get irritated easily by people who seem to be presuming to judge me and my morals and my motivations. Which is why I shouldn't get 'involved' in any of the wanks, except as a spectator. Because I'm bad at staying emotionally detached.

Oh I'll just jump right in! If people want to judge me like that (ie. over FW) and are likely to, then frankly I'd much rather keep my witty, loyal and involved friends at FW. ^_^
