I want to pimp the FBI AU by stele3. So, Alicia and LynZ are FBI agents, right... I love it! It's fun and engaging and kinda crack-y and maybe shouldn't work but does (which is really my most favorite genre ever, tbh). But, I do have two warnings. 1) It is unfinished, not WIP. 2) It's pre-het (I know that's not some people's cuppa). But it's really really worth it!

I was pimping it to amandazillah tonight, and told her a bunch of ridiculousness about how they STEAL CARS and go to CHICAGO, and she's kind of twisting my arm to write out properly, but I'm no kind of writer, but we'll see! It'd be funny to try. My problem is I get to a point and then have no idea how to wrap the damn thing up (besides not being a very good writer). I actually want LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of different versions of this story!

AS DO I. I don't know how it ends, either. Here are some ideas that I've discussed with other folk:

- Mole in the FBI: they see their pictures on the news claiming that Alicia and LynZ have gone rogue. So the FBI is out to get them now, too. I think their only option is escape to Canada. Spencer Smith: "Socialized medicine and gay marriage, here we come."
- At some point they're being shot at and Lyn is like, "Gerard, take this gun!" And Gerard's like, "I can't!" And Lyn's like, "IF YOU DON'T, SOMEONE IS GOING TO BLOW OUT MIKEY'S BRAINS." Gerard: *grabs the gun, lock and load, aims*
- Mikey and Alicia start to get it on and out of nowhere he picks her up! And then pauses and goes, "Did...I just pick you up and slam you against a wall?" all uncertain and bewildered, and Alicia's like \o/
- Frank is totally one of Alicia's foster-siblings, the wily document-forger who can get them across the border into Canada. He and his woman Jamia work together; she stands at his elbow watching the room and smiling, but you can see in her eyes that she'll cutchoo if you so much as glance at her man wrong.
- Bob is another one of her foster siblings, a ninja-survivalist type who lives in a cabin and has, like, forty guns. V. V. useful.

Now... GO. FLY, MY PRETTY! *flings you up into the air*

hahahha! AWESOME! I was thinking CHICAGO, because BOB!!! Also, when in doubt, I INCLUDE MOAR BANDS. But I was THISCLOSE to saying Canadia! Great minds, man. *adds these things to the list of WHAT HAPPENS* So far I've got Frank-the-foster-sibling who hooks them up with a new car (not the one Alicia hotwired after ditching the company car), and then a trip to *BOB*. And possible HIDING OUT, while trying to figure out what to do next.

Maybe I need to do some suspense novel re-reading over Christmas to review how these things go...

By all means, include more bands! Ross and Smith are already there, inexplicably, I think because of this other Spencer/Ryan thing...my brain just plugged them right in. Mayhaps an ex-boyfriend for LynZ, for the sake of conflict and Gerard angsting? But who would it be......

Oh, and, Gerard HAS to meet Daddy!LynZ at some point. And D!L looks at him in CONFUSION and BEWILDERMENT.

Gina Way is one sexy lady!

*ponders* I like the ex-for-LynZ thing. I'll have to figure out who. I was going to make FOB be something, but I'm not sure what. But something to do with figuring out who's trying to fuck them over. A different investigative service? Mobsters with a heart of gold? (kinda too cliched, I think) But yeah. I like that idea, for some reason. Mostly I like the idea of Pete annoying the ever-loving shit out of Lyn and then he and Alicia realizing that they know each other or somesuch, so they end up vouched for by her.

DADDY!LYNZ! omfg. That's going to be SO TERRIBLE for the BOTH OF THEM. Unless it's after Gerard gets in tough with his inner badass, and then it might be slightly less terrible, because Gerard's all "I SAVED MY BROTHER, OKAY".

SHE CAN'T LEAVE IT LIKE THAT! No fair! That story rocked up until the point where it freakin' stops dead. Yeah, yeah, you warned me, but I didn't know it'd leave off at such a suspenseful point.
